Spend the day at sea in the magnificent lagoon of the east coast of Mauritius and cruise to the picturresque Ile aux Cerfs. A relaxing and leisure day.
This cruise departs on the east coast, which also boasts the largest lagoon of the island. The cruise is smooth and very relaxing. People rarely get sea sickness on the east coast. The water is crystal clear, with a turquoise to blue reflection, which is simply breathtaking. Snorkeling is so impressive around the corals and colourful fish. You also visit the waterfalls, which is one of the most seen waterfalls on the island. And of course, the famous Ile aux Cerfs, where the cruise stops for a couple of hours or less. It is enough time to walk along the pristine beaches, have s swim and relax under the filaos trees before you take the cruise back.
Embark from Pointe d’Esny and set sail along the mysterious East coast up towards Trou D’Eau Douce. Along the way are excellent possibilities to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the protected lagoon. The Mauritian lagoon is home to some of the world's most breathtaking coral reefs and marine life ever to be seen- you will get the opportunity to see the amazing marine life, full with hundreds of bright-colored fish.
A side trip on a small ferry boat will make you discover the Waterfalls of “Grande Rivière Sud Est”, which is worth a photo stop.
During that time, the BBQ is being prepared and served with a selection of salads, fruits for dessert, all accompanied by unlimited locally bottled drinks throughout the day.
Afternoon, relax in the shade of the filaos trees on the beach of Ile aux Cerfs. You will ahve enough time to discover the pristine white beaches of the island before sailing back to Pointe d’Esny.
