During week days, it is much more pleasant. Moreover, Ile Aux Cerfs is surrounded by beautiful beaches, and it takes a short walk away from the crowd to find your own peaceful piece of beach.
Yes. You can take the ferry boat from Pointe Maurice jetty in Trou d’Eau Douce. You can buy your boat transfer ticket at the jetty’s counter.
Transfer is done in 18 seater boat in total safety.
Either self drive or joining a tour. Taking public transport is possible, but complicated and time consuming, so we would not advise this option.
It depends. If you want to simply spend the full day on the island, there is no need to book in advance. If you would like to take a boat trip to the island, then it is recommended to book at least 24 hours prior to the day.
